Chest day tonight went really well. I got 235 up once on decline! I'm going heavy decline to try to train for heavier flat bench. Flat pressed 3 reps of 100's tonight which was my first experience with triple digit DBs. Did lots of stuff tonight not going to list, but it was a great night. Also I've been eating my face off and tonight before dinner I weighed in at 163.4 !!

I am looking for a couple of ideas here about what you guys might do given these circumstances. So I'm graduating tech school and moving on to my first base. PT is mandatory at Hurlburt Field, and its every morning from 0600 to 0700. If you've got over a 90 on your PT test, then you're allowed to just do your own regiment and use the gym. Its only that hour though, which for me is really not enough time that I like to spend getting my lift in for the day. So I'm trying to put a new plan together to maybe include an hour of HIIT every morning during self-PT and lift after work, or maybe something different like a, dare I say this, crossfit football WOD in the mornings and my own routine later? Just curious about what you guys may do. My goals are still the same, get stronger, get bigger. I've been bulking for a couple months now and I'd like to get my cardio back in order without losing my strength in the gym. Thoughts?

CFFB, it's awesome I'm losing fat, gaining strength and my workouts can be done on 45 minutes.

Pulled 375 5 times today, squats are getting up there too.

I weighed 207 when I started I weighed in at 197 today, all fat loss.

Thats great man. I see your instagrams a bunch and you're always doing work. I'll have to look into this.

I mean I kind of have my own set workouts, but they consist of heavy barbell lifts, some type of accessory lift, then METCONs, that consist of a lot of timed work and Tabata stuff.

Post the pic over the barbell from your blog. So much better imo.
