Identify this Auto Trans Part please!

hi there, well long story short, the transmission on my dad's bmw e46 325i stop working so we send the car for repairs.
The repair guy told my dad this is the part that he needs to buy/replace but i don't know wich part it is. The repair guy said is a pump but i wanted to ask here first.





so any help would be greatly appreciated
Engine is M54

My Ride: 2001 M3
Yes, that's the transmission's front pump, a gear-type pump located behind the bell housing.

Does anyone know the part number for this? i don´t seem to find it anywhere! My dad is going to el paso tx since we´re from Mexico, so he is trying to get the part from the dealer tomorrow

Did you try realoem.com? Put your VIN in and you should find the part number.
