hey *******s

Mike called me out for not posting in this subforum so I figure I'll give a little update.
My weight is at 185. Hope to be about the same by the summer but a little leaner if possible.
Lifts have all slightly increased, I'll post number with the next lift I get in.
I've been slacking for the last 2 weeks because of school. It will be nice to move back home and have more free time plus I ordered another squat rack to replace the one that was ruined in the flood.

miss you guys <3

Kushy my man, you used to be leaner. Are those STDs ruining your way of life? Or is it the hemorrhoids?

I know I've bulked up quite a bit and haven't been doing any cardio besides swimming. I'm gonna try to lean out in about a month aka after finals.

keep doing what you're doing. Bigger without abs imo is better than smaller and abs.

first time deadlifting in a few weeks. I thought I would record it and ask for some feedback regarding form. It feels good but I think I'm starting with my ass too high still (prob due to weak legs)

My Ride: is totaled
How much weight was that?
It couldn't have been too much. .. You "lifted" with your biceps a bit
Or shrugging .. or something
Your elbows flare to the sides
Hard to see in your video
Or if it was actually a decent weight, then you are asking for a torn bicep

Your legs/hips/back actually look fine to me

I think it was 275. I see what you mean. I think I pulled my shoulders back at the top, I've noticed I do that when I'm facing a mirror. thanks for the input.

Come on son! You killed that 275. You can pull way more than 305. A bunch of friends hyped me up earlier in the day for 405. They said just keep pulling. There's a point on heavy lifts where it feels like it's not going to rise but it does if you stick with it. Don't bail too soon. I felt the bar bending and knew soon after the only other option was that thing leaving the floor.
