Need advice e46 m3 AA s/c

My car is throwing the rich bank 1 & 2 codes p0172/p0175. It doesn't seem like it's running to full potential either. It has the AA stage 1 gen 2 kit on it and I've changed maf, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, checked fuel pressure, cleaned icv, checked many times for vacuum leaks and replaced the vanos solenoid pack.

My symptoms are when cold hesitations, almost or does die sudden stops. When warm it idles very high when coming to sudden stops. MPgs obc are around 28mpg which that can't be right.

So should I take it to an Indy mechanic and let him use a smoke tester to check for vacuum leaks and do his diagnosis or take it to bimmerworld since I live 3mins away from there and have them to a dyno pull and look at everything? So my question is would this be a tune issue or a car issue lol.

I get the af code once or twice a year and clear it and doesnt come back.

But never have gotten the 1b-90, nor the 1b-91 for Fuel Control. You should look into whats throwing that code.

Hey There,

Just saw your thread and glad to see with our Stage 1 Gen 2 Kit on your E46 M3. With the larger injectors on the car, it will throw off the the MPG on the dash. I am going to send you a PM with list of information I need from you about this vehicle so I can point you in the right direction and get your car running properly.
