And if the cops and DDs isn't enough to deter you, there's always the long-weekend drivers taking the scenic route at well under the limit, and the namby bicycle riders we all love to hate.

Strewth, things have definitely changed since the days I used to go cruising with my mates! (been out of the scene due to kids and house reno's)
is it really that bad these days, where cops will take down a bunch of enthusiasts just cause they want to enjoy their hobby?
What's the world coming too!!

We still get out and about (not so much myself these days), it's just especially on long weekends, highway patrols get a hard-on for anything that spells fun.

Having said that, the scene has shifted drastically the last few years as routes etc get posted online in advance, and they know when to expect certain groups known for their nefarious activities. Thankfully e46F doesn't carry that reputation.
