Yesterday at the fhitting room in NYC

2 rounds one minute each exercise

KB chest presses
KB sit-ups
KB rows

3 1 minute rounds of each exercise

Burpees into frog jumps (15 each round)
Row totaled 750 meters
Ab mat sit-ups 25 each round (these killed me and my and are sore as ****)

Two 3 minute AMRAP, 1 minute rest in between

Renegade rows
Squats
Push press

All with 25 lbs dumbells

Added some crunches/abs work, DB triceps work and a bit of cardio on the bike and treadmill.

5.25 mile ruck today, first 4.25 miles with 40 lbs on my back, last mile I added 35 lbs for a total of 75 lbs, this was rough.

Tonight's workout after work...

Superset

Seated DB curls

30x10
35x10
37.5x10
40x10

Standing Hammer curls
20x10x2
22.5x10
25x10

Arms were burning. Mixed in seated calf raises between each superset

80x20x3
90x20
115x20

Seated Curl BB preacher curls

75x8x3

Added forearms with straight curl BB on the flat bench 40x20x3, standing BB behind back 95x12x3, standing reverse curls with Curl BB 40x10x3 with standing curls with same Curl BB 40x10x3 mixed in straight, no rest or pause, thought my arms were gonna fall off.

Capped it off with ab work (raises, crunches, bicycle, etc).

Pretty decent workout for 35 minutes. Arms were definitely exhausted and jacked.

Seriously. I took Jack3d once early in the morning for a workout session with my buddy trainer and he canceled on me. Tried to lay back down and go back to sleep, fvck no. I ended up working out in my room just to burn that **** off.
