My Ride: 2011 BMW 135i
Did my first crossfit class yesterday....I bought a groupon for $60 that includes 6 fundamentals classes, and one month of unlimited after those are finished. I rode my bike there (5 miles) and then did this:

3 RFT

25 body weight squats
12 KB shoulder presses (12 each arm) w/ 30lb kb
10 deadlifts 135lbs
25 butterfly situps

I finished in 12:01.....the hardest part was the butterfly situps. I chaffed something fierce on my tailbone.

I then biked home. Like I said, it was a fundamentals intro class, so pretty basic movements. There were 6 of us and everyone was in varying ranges of "in shape"

I enjoyed it.

I think it helped that I already had the form down for squats and DL's. 4 out of the other 5 people weren't real sure on form, it seemed, by the way the trainer was walking around and giving them pointers.

First day back in the gym after almost 2 weeks off because of my back, I did complete my first GORUCK challenge this weekend though

Finished in 11:20. It was my first time doing OH squats.....not a huge fan, but I'll get used to them.
