My Ride: 2004 330i ZHP
1st BMW , first thread

What's up fellas,

I have been crawling around for a few days. I bought my first BMW last Thursday, it's a 2004 330i ZHP. Bought it from the first owner, had all the service records. This car more or less fell into my lap one day. I was looking for a new daily driver, since my Tundra eats more of my wallet than my two kids. I found it for sale on base which is always hit or miss. It was a third car, and the owners cared for it very we'll. I had no prior knowledge of BMW's so when he said it was a ZHP I had to google it. He said his wife wouldn't let him get a M, since the car had to be 4 doors so he settled for a ZHP. So far I haven't had any trouble with it, except for a plastic window clip coming undone on the back right window. It took a few tools and an hours time and it was good as new.

This should fill the hole that selling my CBR600rr left me. I modified my CBR pretty heavily, and it was a fun journey all the way to the end. I plan on starting a similar journey with my new ZHP. With that being said my current to do list includes 1. E46 LED Interior by Helios 2. Eonon D5150 3. Powder coating the rims to semi gloss black 4. Misc de/rebadging. I'll start off slow, and work my way up, I plan on for the meantime to stay away from any performance upgrades, but this was the same thing I said about my CBR, and I put 5k I to it anyway. I will keep it fun by keeping all the work in house, between my circle of friends a thirty rack, and your guys awesome write up we can't go wrong! I look forward to crawling and learnin around the boards, I am still active on the Shadowspear, 600rr, and kimber forums, so if you ever need some help let me know.
