New shoes look great, I've got an mtech on the way and I can take some pics for you when it's on. Besides the new wheels and car color, I'd say we've got identical cars haha (I even have your old wheels).
I used to run the smoked corners but went back to amber because I liked it better.
I'd suggest paint matching reflectors and going smoked side markers but that's just me.
Turning out really well man I'll be following the build!

Bushings are going to be done soon as well as a cut and polish on the whole car whenever I have enough energy after work to do it

How many liters does the manual transmission take? I bought one bottle from pelican parts, but I think it needs like 1.5 L or something? I also have diff fluid that I will hopefully have changed soon

Was a good day to take some pictures, quickly realized how ugly and un-photogenic my car is. Disappointing to say the least.

Red tint spray. Can get it at advanced auto parts. Made by VHT

I've got to redo mine because I never clear coated it so its fading

Did the brakes this 4th of July. The passenger side was fine, but the driver side put up a fight getting off. Figured out why when I took a look at it...

Got a re manufactured one, bleed the brakes and buttoned her up and shes good to go. Looks much better

Shouldve cleaned the struts while I was in there...I want new ones

Looks great, with mtech bumpers would be perfect imo.

Figured out how to photoshop a car lower.

Estimated ride height from springs:

I can dabble by durty30, on Flickr

Where I would love to be, but probably wont. Depending on the suspension route I go:

Yes by durty30, on Flickr

We got some new cutting compound at work today so I wanted to try it. First washed the car and then clay bared the hood (the only part I buffed). I then used the cutting compound followed by a polish. Finished off with a carnauba wax. The feel is really smooth, but I wished I would have had some of my buddies Zymol. The bead isnt bad either, I took video.

I shot it vertically, im sorry. But you can really see the depth and shine in the paint.

I really would like to just get a pair of front lowering springs for now. Like the front height is the only part that bothers me. If I could just lower it a bit it would make me a whole lot happier until I got what I really want for suspension. Im thinking ST or FK coilovers next year after saving over winter (hopefully). Thats the plan at least

You could try TEIN S-Techs, I've heard that they ride just as well as OEM, and don't damage your shocks. I've also seen them in person and the drop doesn't look bad.

Cheers from a fellow WI E46er

Car looks great! What paint did you use for both grille and chrome trim? I desperately need to do this to mine
