wrap will make cleanup easy afterwards, and protect from rock chips.

choice of colors is simply proof money doesn't buy taste

Also, it does seem as though each car is always extremely "uglified" for these rallies... Good pics anyway, thanks for sharing!

These cars are uglified because the owners don't give a flying fvck. I liked the Ferrari 599 for example. I bet that guy went to his stable of Ferrari's and was like "hmmmm... this one rides more smooth with the front V12.... okay wrap it up!"

.... and OP, thank you for sharing. I am very jealous.

Questions:

-Did you talk to Bryan Salamone or Concubine? They are internet famous
-Did you see the owner of the white Bug? He has some POWER cars but never divulges his identity.
-Did you see the owner of the Bleu Bug?
-What was your personal favorite since you were there in the flesh?

John

I believe the way that it works is that there are companies that sponsor the event (in addition to the fees you have to pay to enter your car) and as part of the contract when you register is that you agree to display their company logos on your vehicle, hence all the company stickers.

Now, for the crazy designs, my best guess is that it's simply to stand out. Many of the drivers were business owners so the more they stand out, the more their company gets noticed.

My guess is that they were either a "support vehicle" for one of the entrants, or they are part of a dealership that sells exotic cars.

I did not talk to Bryan Salamone or Concubine. I am familiar with Salamone, and he's a little intense for me. I'm not gonna slam him like most people do, but I wasn't really interested in talking to him. I am not familiar with who Concubine is.

I wasn't paying attention to who owned the white Bugatti, but yes I am aware that he tries to hide his identity as much as he can (online, at least).

Also didn't pay attention to the owner of the blue Bugatti.

My personal favorite was actually the two House of Boom trucks Second favorite was the white GTR on BBS wheels. I spent some time talking to the owner and he was super cool.

Bryan and Concubine "Dee" are one of the most down to earth people out here in NYC. I met them for the first time a few years ago at a Toys 4 Tots event and they came right up to my M3. Bryan even snapped a few pictures of Concubine in my car. Ever since he always greets me and doesn't walk around on a high-horse like some of these other exotic owners do. They're very straight forward, humble, and nobody partys like they do. Bryan Salamone runs and operates a very large and successful law firm in Long Island NY and offered me some "legal advice" regarding some other business I was looking to conduct. He didn't even want a dollar but he was diligent on pointing me in the right direction.
