New T/R tires/wheels, highway vibration

Hi everyone,

Installed a great set of 18" wheels with 225/40/18 92w XL tires on my 05 325i sedan. Tire Rack mounted and balanced these prior to shipping.

The car has recently had new control arms/bushings, and a 3D alignment. Guibo looks good, bushing in rear look good, UUC swaybarbarian installed.

I notice a vibration on all 4 corners while on the highway, speed 50+. These new tires being an upgrade from the stock 17" BMW oe tires, I didn't feel a vibration with the x-ice 205/50/17 snow tires I had.

Once I get off the highway the vibration goes away, which I think is because the highway itself is rough and I'm feeling every little bump causing the vibration. Tire pressure is at 34f 39r.

Any advice on if tire pressure adjustment can help mitigate the vibration on these crappy local highways??

Thanks in advance.

Update--

After removing and re-installing 4 times, I measured the hub rings that tire rack installed and I found the vibration cause.

My hubs 72.56, plastic rings installed by tire rack 72.60-72.62 according to my mitutoyo digital gauge.

I emailed them but used some foil tape as a fix for now. Vibrations are 95% gone. Hope that helps other with these issues.

This is my third tire rack set and I'm thrilled with their service and delivery times. 5 days shipped to my house in Canada. Awesome!!
