best 19" tire fitment on 04 touring no mods

so didnt want to start a thread but i cant seem to find the answer. ive got a 04 325i touring stock suspension (sport) and havent done anything to the fenders (rolled/pulled)
im about to put some style 95's on her all i need to know is what size tire to run. ive read that (r)225/35 (f)215/35 is pretty much the way to go. if im wrong please correct me id like to buy the right tires first time around. and does brand matter?? like are tires with the same size (225/35) different for each brand?

Probably large camber. Fender rolling. Maybe some cutting. Quite a bit of tire stretch. And yes tire brand does influence sidewall profile. For instance, I had to run PZero 255/30/19 in the rear because everything else rubbed too much. Even with these I had to roll and dremmel. Now Im on Proxes 255/35/19 with a little rub on the rear bumper

hmmm. and thats with stock suspension correct? and what if i put on coilovers? i dont want to drop my car. its already low enough. does it not fit because of the width? 10' rear or is it the 19' wheels???

Those wheels won't fit with out modifications to the car mostly because of the low offset. Truly, it is a combination of the low offset and the width.

With stock suspension, the wheels are going to stick out past the fenders 1/4-1/2". LOTS of poke.

Correct. Its just plain too far. Offset and width. Youd need tons of camber and hella stretched tires just to make it flush. Thats not counting the fender work. Sorry just dont think itll work. This is what those wheels do to our cars

All I had to look at was your 18 posts to realize that this was going to end badly. Here's a better idea, drop it, buy 18" wheels with ET of around 40 and enjoy how it looks and drives.

I dont mean to be rude tcphoto. but it would be nice if people on forums would just answer the questions. if they don't think its possible then state it. or if they know how it could be done then state that. but the fact that ive only posted 18 times means im new to this forum.....that's it. not that I don't know anything; how about you buy an rx7 or something with a rotary In it so I can talk to you like your an idiot. god forbid someone like you buys a non-BMW. but for someone whos never owned one to buy one and ask questions about it. OMG!!! its insanity!!!!!! but all jokes aside. that was a pointless post.

18 posts doesnt mean he does know things. I agree. And I honestly love these wheels on the E46. Wish I could pull it off. But even I couldnt. Surely not wihtout mods. Dont mind that guy, theres lots of elitism on this site.

I agree. and understand. it happens on most forums. and I only asked because I see people doing it. but not posting enough info. like I keep seeing 19/215/35 on front and 19/225/30 for rear. but idk if they have stock suspension or rolled there fenders. and they are mostly sedans. not a lot of wagons on the forum. and the ones that are, haven't really been chiming in. ill just have to find out what the difference between the sedan and touring wheel wall is and figure it out. and lll post pics when I do get it. and let everyone know what I had to do specifically. but if someone already has the answer by all means please post it. I am new. and don't know the specifics of the car. but I know about cars.....does that make since??

Yes I understand. Just seems no one has that specific answer. Which is great. Just means youll be the guy who started that thread that everyone wants to use in the future. Good luck

idk about stance look haha. I like the look on some of the cars that do that. but I don't want to lower it really. too many speed bumps and crappy roads here in tx.

BTW love your car Carbonzhp. I wish they made one piece headlights for touring.

Its just when I look at that pic of the wagon up there, I think stance. Just because of the way it requires you to stretch the tires. And thank you!
