Couldn't really tell much from your pic. That's also blue - I'm going with yellow. Bought a can anyways, it was only $8. I'll prolly give it a shot on Friday.

It was a toss up for me between yellow and blue. My buddy used the yellow Metalcast and it looks good.

Look up your local laws. But it should be.

Finally got around to doing it today, using the Metal-Cast stuff. It's really hard to lay a thick enough coat down without it dripping. It's real orange-peely. I put a piece of aluminum tape over the hole but I think that may have been a mistake. Once it's all together and the lights are back in the car I'll take another pic to see how noticeable it is.

Buy new chrome housing. They are very inexpensive. You can use acetone but it will make the chrome look dull.

Sorry, forgot to add the pics of them in the car. The tape is noticeable but it's much less noticeable than the black hole they're covering.

Amazing! Would blue or yellow go better with my steel blue?

You have to be more concerned with what the cops think. Amber is perfectly acceptable for lights. Blue is not.

Did mine today. Pretty easy and I'm hyped at how it came out!

I have a question, I have a 04 330ci and I was wondering if I am able to take the headlight lens off without taking the entire headlight out? I know you can do it with preface lift e46's but can you also do it to facelifted e46's?
