lowering spring question? m3 convertible 2004

hi everyone, i need some suggestions, i already searched alot seems like eibach and vogtland are the best options to not lose stock comfort of the m3 but the drops on those springs is not what i need..
i need 1-1,5 drop for fronts
and 0.5-1 for the rears and i read somewhere that convertible m3 s drops 0,5 more than coupes , i would appreciate it if someone can confirm me that

so i found H&R sport lowers about F/R: 1.2 / 0.5 , which is good for me
but can someone tell me how it rides? is it too stiff or similar to stock ? and is it actually drops exactly that much?

I got an 01 325ci and I have H&R race springs which is the lowest the company makes on just springs. It defiantly is stiffer but i drive 25 mins to work everyday on back roads and doesn't bother me. Defiantly worth the money. added a photo to show the drop height. Now if you don't want it to be to harsh just go sports. I had them on my e30 and it was close to stock suspension.
