FS: Dinan High Flow Intake / Air Mass Meter CAI

Up for sale from my 2004 E46 M3 coupe is a Dinan High Flow Intake / Air Mass Meter with 52K miles on it. It is in excellent shape at $650 it is less than half what I paid new. All parts are included unlike most other you will find including:

(1) Airbox
(2) Airbox Lid
(3) A new set of plastic rivets to attach the lid
(4) Air Filter
(5) Temp Sensor
(6) Temp sensor harness
(7) Hose clamp
(8) Water valve bracket
(9) Gasket seals
(10) All hardware and brackets
(11) Installation Instructions

Dinan Part #: D763-1600
From the Dinan web site:
Emission Status: 50 State Emission Legal
Peak Horsepower Gain: 18 @ 7500 rpm
Peak Torque Gain: 13 lb/ft @ 7500 rpm

Dinan has developed a unique Cold Air Intake System that is combined with a High Flow Air Mass Meter, enabling the M3 to ingest greater volumes of cool, oxygen rich air for additional power. The system employs the stock ram-air ducting which effectively pressurizes the larger volume air box for maximum intake air-flow. The system components are molded from a special plastic that offers excellent insulation from under-hood heat, ensuring that the intake air temperatures are as cool as possible for maximum power. Fully matched Stage 3 Engine Software takes full advantage of the enhanced air-flow, providing the proper ignition timing and air/fuel mixtures for optimum performance. The well integrated design looks right at home in the engine compartment, appearing as if it might have come from the factory.

Note that I previously had this listed at $600 without the temp sensor harness, water valve bracket, new plastic rivets, and hardware. Now that the kit is complete I am asking $650 or $700 shipped to the continental US.
