they work great with the ZHP package due to the cam and ECU tunning you already have. the headers work good by them selves but a real noticable performance when combined with other engine mods, i.e cams,programing, port work etc...

from a gain perspective it is instantly noticable, and you'll pull harder and faster at top speeds then before. the best thing is the exhaust note, it'll be very tempting to keep your foot planted at all times.

I really dont understand the whole deal with the cats and getting these on with no problems.. Ive read that people just run there aftermarket headers with no cats which obviously will fail emmisions tests and get a CEL.
Could I just use my stock cats? or am Im confused about something because Im kind of noobish with engine stuff.

the factory cats are part of the exhaust manifold whichwould be replaced by the headers. you would need to install cats just after the headers where the first resonator is. then you should have no problems.

the install would be about 8hrs depending on your skill level, you'll need to remove the passenger side engine mount and support the engine along with having the car up on stands for clearence. if i recall there should be a thread around here somewhere where i explained in greater depth what was needed. it's tedious more than anything due to the lack of space.
