Tire rubbing vs shock setting

I have a very minor rub on my rear right fender when I have 3 or 4 people in the car. Right now I have Koni adjustables in the rear of my car. Someone recommended that setting them to the stiffest setting might eliminate the rub.

Personally, I don't see how since it's only occuring on initial impact anyway...

What do you guys think? Thanks.

EDIT: Also, for anyone who has Koni yellows in the rear of their car... how do you adjust them? Thanks.
