DPE rims for E46 M3. good or bad idea?

was looking online and came across these DPE rims which seem to be priced well, look good, made well, and are light weight which is what im looking for. This will be for my E46 M3. Is it a good idea to look more into these or are they a waste of money. im trying to spend arounnd 3500 dollars max for a new set of rims for my M3. want to do the painted center with the polished lip look. was looking at those R20's or R16's. cant afford i-forged or hre
