LogJamElectronics.com return policy is sh*t

i dont think they are a sponsor here, so ill bash away... their return policy sucks arse!

i bought a Blitzsafe aux/cd changer adapter. I decided, I would go to the Icelink setup and wanted to exchange it. They said they are charging me a 15% on the item that is unopened EVEN on exhanges. I understand getting a refund but exchanges shouldnt matter.

Oh well, I'll take the 15% since I have no choice and warn everyone if they ever purchase products from LogJamElectronics.com, make sure you have the right one and you are going to keep it.

On the other hand, I'm having problems with my Blitzsafe Cd Adapter I purchased from them, and they were more than helpful on sending me out another unit to test with... Great customer service IMO

they have the icelink on that site for 150.. is this the one we need or is this a differnt model from the bmw link on dension.com?
