I looking at a Rockford deck thats made by Denon. According to Rockford its a ISO-Side mount only. I have never done a deck install in my car so I dont know if this would work. Can someone please help me?

It will work but will require some fabrication. That deck is designed to bolt into factory brackets on some Japanese cars (ISO mount). What that means is it comes with no "sleeve" like a typical DIN mount unit and no trim ring.
That's a really good sounding deck you are looking at. SoundDomain.com, right? They've got a KILLER price on that thing. Good luck with it.

What kind of fabrication would be involved?

Some brackets or drilling into the plastic frame that holds the radio. A competent installer should be able to handle it with no problem.
