Talking 9833 or 9835

Would anyone let me know whether they think the Alpine CDA-9835 is a big advantage over the 9833. For $100 anyways. I want something that will push my speakers nicely and will be convenient for using an ipod and or Sirius radio. thanx.

just get the 35...the screen is pimp. both have enough power to make sound to factory speakers, convenient enough for ipod and sirius radio.

Yea, the 35 is better. I couldn't wait for it to come out, so I jsut got the 33. The 33 came out a month or so earlier. boo

If you are going to get Sirius, you may want to wait. I heard that the new Alpine h/u's coming out will have option to do either XM or Sirius. I believe that the 9833/35 have XM capability only. I currently have the 9833, and I like it

I stand corrected, found this for any current SAT ready 03 or 04 Alpine head unit:
