JL or Resonant Engineering?

Hey guys. Just got a new Alpine M501 amp (550W @ 2ohm). For a single 12" sub how does the RE SE compare to the W3v2 and W6v2. The SE's can handle alot more power (600W) but do they sound as good? They're cheaper. (185 shipped)

Would love to hear the RE's but there's no dealer around me. I love the sound of the JL's, but for the money.........

I'm a big fan of jl subs they spend a ton of money on their products so they are expensive but worth it the w6 and w7's are pricey but the w3's and w0's arn't that expensive. I've got two w3's that sound really good and my friend has two 12wo's that also sound real good. I would stick w/ JL their products are tried and true

Adireaudio.com for SQ, comparable to w7s if not better

reaudio.com still great SQ, more for SPL . RE SX Vs w6. xxx vs w7

jls need small enclosures, re subs need larger.

if money is no object, JL all the way, adire would be alternative

btw, i have the re 15 xxx .

look into id max also.
