Image Dynamics sub
anybody on the forum got these subs?? does these sub have good SQ? what model should i look for?

So, depending on what kind of power you have, that should get you started. All drivers work well sealed and ported. The ID and IDMAX are better suited for IB then the IDQ's. Personally, I run a pair of IDQ12's;

i have a pair of idq12 and they sound great. theyre sealed and the sq is awesome. if u want sound quality, use an infinite baffle setup using the trunk as the box.

The only ID sub I would use is an IDMAX. I guess you could port IDQ's or ID's, but still not my cup of tea. I do not think the IDQ's or ID's have enough low end. They arent as extended as the larger format subs.

The IDQ10s are a pretty impressive sub for $150. I have a trio...not I just need to build a box. Its also a breath of fresh air from the cast baskets with 1000lb mirrored magnets. I think the IDQs look damned sexy. |

i got the idmax 12 inch in my 4runner running it with the 1200wat amp.... is better good.... but i think i shoulda got 2
