What's the exact measurement of an e46 coupe trunk?

I'm thinking of installing a custom system in the trunk, and I was wondering whats the dimensions behind the seat, in the trunk?

that is the best way, but I want to know the measurements with the trunk stripped down to metal - without any carpet or covering in the trunk.

anybody recently did a custom setup?

Mikey - what you are asking for can not be done - it's that simple - the trunk of a car is a complex 3 dimensional space...

Its 29" wide along the floor and 35" wide half way up. You can fit up to 15" but that depends on how close to the back seat you want to get.

You are asking a really vague question and its not a box so we can tell you dimensions but they won't necessarily work depending on what you plan to do.
