2002 325xiT speakers - saw previous post,

but did not see a reply that has sizes/locations. You wagon guys that were switching out speakers ever complete the task? What are the speaker sizes for each location? I would like to replace speakers in my wife's wagon without HK. I will more than likely go with MB Quart.

Oh and the T stands for Touring to answer a previous question.

I also have a 02 xiT and I am planning on doing the same thing. My car currently at a body shop being repaired and they have the entire rear hatech area apart. I know that the rear speakers are round 6" speakers and I've read that the front doors are 5" but can easily be upgraded to 6". I'm planning on upgrading to Diamond Audio speakers and doing some sort of custom sub installation in the floor of the rear cargo are like this http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=52054 and add a plexi glass cover for it. I'm also planning on modifying the rear square speaker grills to fit round ones to let more sound out. I haven't decided if I will replace the tweeters in the a pillar and rear doors with the diamond audio ones or just the speakers. I will also be adding a 6 disc changer, I already have the cd changer brackets, just need to find a new outer pannel. Drop me a line and let me know what you decide.
