Can i get SSR GT3's for 3 grand flat?

Not trying to spend more than 3 grand on a set of rims, I have my eyes set on the SSR GT3 19's...staggered set up....is there anywhere online where i can find a set with tires for 3 grand?

Hey, if you took a hammer and swung it as hard as you could at ANY wheel, do you it would be okay or make a dent?

My Ride: Whip Game proper..
They must have gone over some deep potholes for them to bend. Aren't the SSR's known to be forged?
