whoa, wonder if it same here in Canada?

It's a pretty good deal.
The car WHOLESALE's at roughly $34,000, so you have a little room. I think that you will definitely get 35,500 - the dealer is not going to let you walk on $500.

Your trade is about on par as well, you may be able to get a couple extra hundred or so, but I wouldn't expect more.

And yeah, listen to "JRobUSC." Everyone on this board jsut about "bought their cars new for $3.50+tax, title, and fees" Don't be unrealistic. It's still an 2005 BMW. Get the price somewhere between 34,000-36,000 and get it. You'll be fine if YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE CAR

Not sure if you guys are still monitoring this thread, but I made the deal.

Just a recap

05 ZHP, Imola Red 330i, 6-speed, 4000 miles, cold weather, xenons, pwr sun shade, Navigation, park distance control, rear side air bags, black cloth interior with silver cube trim.

Car was cleiiiiizzzeeeennnnn. I got on my hands and knees, no scratches on the under side of the bumper, no dings, no marks on the wheels at all, no crap inside, nothing. Car is essentially perfect.

Dealer sticker price $37,995
got them down to $35,500

Original invoice was $44,600

My trade (my sig) 01 325Ci, 46,000 miles, topaz blue metallic, xenons, moonroof, 5 speed, 16 oem wheels with sweet blizzacs, a cracked windshield, 400 watt amp, and sand leatherett.

KBB trade in value $17,200
dealer's orig offer $18,000
got them up to $18,500

To sweeten the deal they are installing free,
I-pod integration kit
carpet floor mats
and switching my alarm from my old car.

This dealer has "in my mind" gone out of there way everytime my old car was in there for anything, including vaccuming my car, fixing weird things for free, and even giving me a loaner for a week when I did not even by the car from them. I would highly recommend GAULT AUTOSPORT to anyone. I hope people don't think i got ripped off, because I don't feel like that at all.

Now it is time for all the new mods.

As you can tell I am really happy.

Congratulations! Enjoy your car and don't look back.
To make you feel better, I saw a new '05 ZHP ci w/out navigation with a sticker of 47K at Crevier BMW! That's absolutely ridiculous. I think you got a fair price for the '05 ZHP in mint condition. The only thing I would've done differently was to sell your car privately. But hey, I guess we have to pay for convenience.
ENJOY!
