About 83,000 miles, brand new rear brakes and rotors (20 miles on them), Toyo Proxies T1-S tires with less then 10k miles on them. Front brakes are in good shape
It has 5 aftermarket options:

Buck Diamond grill

Alpine CD changer that is controlled through the stock radio, completely factory in appearance and functionality

Heated Driver's Seat (2 stage, very nice for night time drives). I have the passenger heater, but it was never put in, cost to install is about $125.

Factory Mazda brand wood around the dash and radio bezel, as well as the Mazda wood shift knob. These items sell for $300+, believe it or not!

Full set of Dunlop winter snow tires on separate rims. These tires have about 20,000 miles on them and should last to over 60,000; they still have very deep tread and will serve many more winters
I am the original owner and I have all books and service records. I had the top replaced about 2 years ago by Mazda under a service recall; the top looks new. The car has 2 very minor dings and some small chips in the front; neither is noticeable unless pointed out. The paint is basically flawless and this car could be put into a car show. It was getting a bit dark out, but I will take more pictures if needed. Please contact me for any questions or to set up a test drive.
