For those who has a M3 steering wheel, here are some options.

1)This OEM trim in black with ///M logo - $90 shipped.
2)Custom Silver paint with ///M logo - $125 shipped.
3)For a clean lower trim Silver paint look without ///M logo - $125 shipped.
4)For any custom color - $135 shipped.

This will be professionally painted by no other then BODYWERKS who has done all my custom paint job.

I dont think its paint, its actual aluminum, but I might be wrong..

It is a real aluminum, it's not painted and it is brushed with some kinds of iron to make threads on the surface.
