Angry Why does BMW license plate frame suck?!?!

So I finally got my new plates for New York b/c I re-registered my car. I got to remove my rear plate and otice that one screw is missing. i proceed to remove 2 screws w/o a problems. The third and final screw is in there tight as a mofo. So after a few attempts I finally broke it free. I kept turning left, and turning, and turning and turning ....You get the idea!!!

Anyway, i fool around with the plate and was able to rip the plate off with the final screw in it. I noticed the xcrew are in some metal house that is seperate from the plastic frame. So the screw just turned and turned but would never come out. So now i have 2 screws and the metal housings missing from the same side.

Does anyone nknow the part number for the mounting bracket for the rear and the necessary screws??? I know this happened to others here. A little help please??

To cap it off i undo the front to find that the plate was never screwed into the existing holes bot pointed screws were used to cut and bite through the plastic frame. For such a great car, why such shitty job with the little things?!?!?
