how to tell if my radio Unit is BM53, Nav computer type and version
While researching requirements down the line to get BT, Satellite Radio, etc. in my 03/2003 E46 M3, I came across some discussions about tuner model (i.e., BM53), navigation computer model (mkIV, etc.) and software version.
I only saw instructions on finding out the radio info when having a business head unit, not nav. Any quick way to find out all of the above through key sequences in my car, without having to dismount anything to look at build date/model number? Thanks
