FS:2003.5 M3 in NY area

Model: M3
Exterior Color: Silver Gray Metallic
Interior Color & Material: Black Cloth/Leather

General Condition of the car: The car is in excellent condition, but it is currently being used as a daily driver. I bought the car from the original owner around december of '04 at 4k miles, now it has 9k miles on it. I am the second owner of the car. As you can tell the car has low miles so it's only been oil serviced once, but I have all the original paper work plus the purchase sticker.

Reason for Selling: I am looking to buy a place soon, so I need to the cash for a downpayment plus lowering my monthly car payments for the next ride.

Price: The price I have in mind is $45k but I would also be interested in trades. I prefer cars valued around $20k-$30k plus some cash to cover the difference.

just so you guys know, in the first picture, that IS NOT oil on the ground. I have just washed the car and it was still wet from the bottom, hence the tire tracks. I keep the car in top shape.
