Alpine CD-changer and install kit

I got an Ice-link installed so I'm selling my CD changer.

Alpine CHM-620
Soundgate adapter
Brackets, replacement tray, and replacement side panel carpeting for e46 sedan, color of carpet is gray.

I'm in the San Francisco Bay Area and would prefer a local sale since the replacement side panel is pretty bulky to ship. That being said, I'll ship it if you pay packing and shipping costs.

Asking $225.

How hard is to install it?

It's pretty straightforward, there are no wiring changes, everything there is plug-and-play. There's a bunch of clips and bolts to install for the bracket -- typical BMW over-engineering. I think I did it less than one morning.

the changer does line up properly.

however the changer and brackets have been sold. I still have the trunk panel if anyone needs it, let me know and we'll try work something out.
