M3 Mirrors

Tell me this, why do RHD and LHD have different P/No's for the M3 Mirrors ? The RHD ones (UK) are £174 ea and the LHD (US) are 100 ea ? If I dont have the power seats memory function anyway, will it make a difference if I use US ones on a RHD car.

The glass comes seperate and only has 2 P/No's !!!

Anyone with a good picture of the inside of an M3 mirror please post !!

back in london i used to buy all my stuff from www.eurcarparts.com
i know that are all over the UK now, don't know what their prices are like though
