biggest i can go on potenzas

Hey guys i want to order some Bridgestone potenzas S0-3s but instead of going with the standard 245/35/19 and 275/30/19 i wanted to go a little bigger. Gary suggested that i could do 255 in the front and 285 in the rear but i forgot to tellhim that i have H&r coil overs. will i be fine if i run this bigger setup with my coilovers slammed but my fenders rolled? Also i dont see 255/35/19 on tire rack where can i get it? the rims im running them on will be 19x8 fronts and 19x10 rears, thanks.

also another question is with 255 in the front will the tire stick out too far past the lip? thanks
