Sub amp.. 2 questions.
I have a 25 Hz subsonic filter switch on my amp. What does this do? should I keep it on or off?
also, whats the best crossover setting for me. I have a 12" kicker L7. I have no idea how to set this thing.

Re: Sub amp.. 2 questions.
Subsonic filters allow your amp to ignore signals below a certain frequency - much like a regular low pass filter. Since most subs can't play that low (and most people can't really hear it), its just a waste of power to try and play those freq. I suggest using it - ie: keep it on.
As for crossovers, I'd set your sub to do a low pass filter for 80hz and lower. You can set that higher (ie: 100hz or 120) if you want the sub to act as a midbass driver, but I'd recommend leaving those freqs. for your components. Quote:
