i wanted a more specific answer than who makes it, maybe i should restate the question, what model is this?

anyone know who sells it in the us?

Clarification: it's the Kerscher "M-Line" (Kerscher only makes 1 type of kit for the E46 anyway) rear bumper. I don't know of anyone in the US who imports Kerscher products, though.
