Unhappy 99 E46: Help with Projector dual halos install bought off ebay (cheap stuff)

I bought a set of projectors with Halos for my 99 E46 and the headlights work just fine but I cannot figure out how to get the Halos running. There are some wires coming out of the Halos that are not connected to anything and there are no instructions for the install either. The image below is for the lights that I bought. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

they probably need inverters/ballasts. if they didn't come with your order, you should contact the seller. they are 2 little small black boxes with wires comming out of them. if the seller is no help, you can get them from bimmerblvd/modbargains. you probably need the wiring harness as well.

i think i read that some of those halos are actually run just by a lightbulb, so if that was the case then you wouldnt need ballasts. otherwise you can proabably get ballasts, wiring harnesses from jlevi...
p.s I have always wanted to know what those lights look like installed, post some pics please!
