Makes things extremely easy. If you are considering an in car video system in your car, this package makes things so simple. Imagine this install, overhead monitor. Mount overhead monitor on roof, possibly tap into existing domelight wiring area for powering the monitor -- normally, you would have to run a composite RCA video cable and maybe 2 RCA audio cables to the monitor also to provide it a feed. In some installs, this involved taking down the headliner and a LOT of interior panels.
