Talking How to replace my trunk?

Hi fanatics fellows,
My car is 2001 330CI and I want to replace my OEM trunk with a replica CSL trunk. Can anyone guide me on the trunk removal procedure?

Thanks

1) remove carpet kit
2) remove all lights and wiring
3) remove latch and key mechanism
4) remove the upper shocks and rubber stoppers
5) remove 4 bolts which hold down bootlid

now.. install the new bootlid in the reverse order.

depending on which replica you have.. you will have to dremel the following areas.

1) area for key mechanism - the CF/FG is too thick .. thin it out
2) area for reverse lights - the CF/FG is too thick .. thin it out
3) area for rubber stuppers - the CF/FG is too thick .. thin it out
4) area for carpet push pins - the holes are too small .. make it bigger
5) area for tool kit - cut out a square hole, then dremel the oem plastic square. make the the gaps bigger.
