Will I feel a difference in performance between the UUC 13.4 lb and 11.6lb flywheel

I am looking to get a flywheel in the next few months and was wondering if there is a noticable difference in performance between the two. I dont care about the noise the lighter one makes. I will also be tracking the car quite frequently, anyone got some ideas. Thanks

A chattering noise from the flywheel during idle.

I have heard the noise, it doesnt sound that bad at all. Unless you are picky about every little sound you really wont mind. Specially because the added performance is almost unmatchable by anything other than a SC.
