Need Help!!!

ok so my coolant light has been coming on and then switching off for like 15 seconds when i start my car everymorning for 2 weeks now and im not if i need to just add more coolant myself or bring it to the dealership? I don't see why i should bring it to the dealership for something like this but i wanted to get u guys input on it......what should i do? Is it just cause its way to cold outside?

When was the last time you had your coolant flushed? I would top it off for now with some distilled water. And if it's been 1- 2 or longer since your last flush I would recommend getting the system flushed.

I think BMW recommends every 2 years for a system flush, but I plan on doing it every year using the 50/50 mixture of BMW coolant/Distilled Water.
