H&R RACE Springs and non-sport package shocks on a sedan

I heard that by putting the HR race springs on it will F-up the shocks, is that true? if so, what shocks would be best

True

People say that their stock shocks get bouncy and crappy after a certain amount of miles, as early as after 10k and as long as 30k with no probs. It also depends on how bad the roads are near you. But bottom line is that your shocks are not made for the short H&R springs and will eventually go bad. I hear that bilsteins or koni are pretty good shocks.

Cup kit IS 599

AND it rocks! I've had mine for about 2 weeks now and I swear it still keeps getting lower...

Very happy with it!

its adjustable right? at what clearance levels can you set it to, and how do you do that?
