my e-brake stopped clicking
So while I was replacing the e-brake handle in my 2005 330xi, i pulled it up as far as possible and while trying to pry off the handle i might have wiggled the lever too much? now that i put everything back in place, and pull on the e-brake, there's no more clicking sound - it just easily lifts up when i press the button and the e-brak lamp in the dash still lights up. is there something i broke or is it still okay as is?

you can pull up w/o pushing the button - i think that's when it's supposed to 'click click click'. If you push the button and pull up, it's not supposed to click I don't think.
moral of the story: just pull up. Push button to lower.
