Get all work that I can't do done at Richmond BMW and everything has been perfect, but I used to work there so I don't know if I'm getting special treatment since I know everyone in service or if they treat everyone else just as well, but all I can share is my experience which has been flawless. Just make sure if your in for service ask for Shawn Peace or Adam Mobely, they've both been there for a long time, there are usually 4 service writers but the other two were always someone new every 2 months. Like most places sales people have a high turn over rate so I wouldn't be suprised if everyone in sales that I knew was gone, but if Dave Grey still works there I'd suggest him.
