Any suggetions?

I've got some scratches on my rear bumper and sideskirt and these are driving me crazy. I just wanna know how to get rid of these by less pricy ways.
you guys must be experts on this please help me

Repainting seemingly would be your only real option to make it look perfect again. I don't think you could use touch up paint on that large of an area. An abrasive polish would help remove that blue mark and a little bit of the scratches but certainly wouldn't change the areas missing paint.
