new wheels?

Am I asking for trouble by getting 19" wheels in pot-hole ridden new york city? anyone in my shoes? how strong are the bbs ch's? any and all feedback is welcome.

What you are looking for is nothing but trouble and bent rims if you go with 19's.... Your best bet in NYC is 16 or 17 inchers.... I have 18's on my car and I live on Long Island but I am constantly looking out for pot holes.........

i am just going to stick with the 18"s and i will just have to be very careful...thanks for the suggestion....
