My Ride: ED 5sp 325i
Koni Sport Shocks on a base '03 325i

This is probably a really dumb question. I am autocrossing my 5sp '03 325i this year, which means changing the springs is not allowed. The car rolled too much for me last year, so I am hoping to install these shocks:

Blurb for the rear shocks say:
"Note: Rear fitment For M-Technik models as well as models that are lowered very aggressively (1" shorter max length then OE shocks). Twin Tube Low Pressure Gas Standard Adjustable Shock Absorber. "

Does this mean that they cannot be mounted on extremely lowered cars OR that the car must be lowered to use these shocks? Am I ok on a base spec 325i sedan?

For those that are interested I am changing this car in the Fall for a E91/E92 with SP + maybe Dinan stage 1 suspension kit later if I move out of the stock category in autocross. I also looked into using a Miata for autocrossing but decided against it. I can only have one car and cannot live with the Miata as a commuter.
