getting your motivation back...

ok, over the past 2/3 months i've really been slacking in my approach to working out and eating well and i'm starting to feel the negative affects of this. the problem is, i'm just not getting motivated to get the old routine going again. if this happens to you, have you got any good pointers which can help me get back on track. the fact i don't feel great should be motivation enough but i'm still finding it difficult right now!

your advice is appreciated - cheers guys

Whenever I get burnt out or just tired of working out, I try to freshen things up. Change up my routine (which I do monthly), new music or playlists, smaller incentives like a cheat meal (although these usually don't help me out too much motivation wise).
