My Ride: BMW 335i 2007 Coupe
UK dealers saying new 3-series coupe (to be known as 4-series ?) will be available in September. Bigger, uglier (imho) and far more expensive (like 15,000 more) than E46 coupe. This isn't a replacement for the E46 coupe, it's a whole new class of car, like a baby 6-series, which is supposed to be the coupe of the 5-series but actually bears little relation to it. I've heard the shift upwards in class will leave a gap that could (will ?) be filled by a 1-series coupe (the 2-series ?).
Beware those of us who currently own the wonderful 3-series (E46) coupe, it's replacement could be way outta the price range.
